Experience in import-dependent markets

Our regional experience includes a three-year diesel supply contract for the Timor-Leste public sector. In Cambodia, Meridian Energy completed its first fuel oil supply in 2024 and established regular oil product supply in 2025, completing more than 50 shipments. These examples demonstrate the coordination and supply-chain discipline required to serve markets that depend on reliable imports.
